Jan. 2020 - Jul. 2021United Kingdom- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans and create and publish job ads in various portals. - Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events. - Negotiate contracts, headhunt, interview, and assess prospective applicants and match them with vacancies at client companies. - Screen candidates and draw up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview. - Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees. - Screen resumes, job applications, and conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates. - Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive). - Track hiring metrics, including time to hire, time to fill, and source of hire. - Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys. - Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods. - Host and participate in job fairs, screening candidates, and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview. - Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Give and receive feedback from both clients and job applicants. - Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings. - Format CVs to present candidates to best advantage. - Check ID and eligibility to work in the UK. - Make sales calls, engage in business development, and manage accounts of existing clients. - Work towards key performance indicators (KPI).
