Aug. 2021At AmbevTech, I work on Ominia-BMS and punctually help Design Ops to create new components for Ambev Tech's Design System. The BMS (Brewery Management System) is a global and pivotal tool in brewery management. It oversees brewery initiation and offers insights into process performance. Crucially, it manages downtimes across batches. My work bridges design finesse with operational effectiveness, propelling the BMS as an essential in modern brewery operations. - Improved the downtime categorization in the site chosen to use the MVP (in the first month of using the tool) from 1.52% to 10.20%. - Improved the downtime categorization in SAZ sites that used Omnia-BMS in their daily routine, making them the TOP 3 sites in Brazil for downtime categorization (Aug-Sep 2023). - Designed the new navigation for Ambev Tech's Design System, improving its usability and acceptance by designers and users.
