-Successfully transitioned the organization's marketing efforts to utilize over 50% digital advertising in our season-long marketing strategy and implementing new digital tools as the market demands it
-Establish and maintain effective business partnerships with vendors including printers, agencies, and graphic artists
-Negotiates and places all media buys for print, radio, television, digital, and outdoor platforms, ensuring that the organization receives preferred scheduling, pricing, and reach for maximum exposure
-Acts as in-house graphic designer for internal website needs and for all digital advertising -Executes direct mail plans, generating targeted mailing lists from the organization's ticketing system and trades across other similar organizations, and working with outside vendors to facilitate timely design, printing, and distribution of each piece
-Executes email plan using in-house system to design weekly newsletters and targeted promotional messages to patrons
-Codes, submits, and tracks all vendor invoices and assists Vice President of Marketing with managing and monitoring the marketing budget, providing recommendations for monthly forecasts
