I am a versatile Strategic Project Manager and HR Business Partner with extensive experience in leading business integration, HR operations, hiring strategies, and project management initiatives across Europe (Mainly Germany, Portugal, Netherlands and France). My expertise includes managing complex M&A integrations, optimizing people processes, and leading change management efforts within fast-paced, multinational environments. With a background in Finance and an M.Sc. in Business, I offer a unique blend of analytical acumen and people-centered leadership, having successfully streamlined onboarding processes, hosted and planned our on site onboarding program, restructured teams, guided IT transitions and developed compensation strategies and feedback programs for Operations and Software R&D teams. I’m passionate about problem-solving, from initial conceptualization to implementation, with a focus on achieving operational excellence and fostering a strong organizational culture which is supported by, but not limited to, consistent and sustainable processes. I am fully proficient in English and German, as well as proficient in Italian, and have a solid working knowledge of Workday, Jira, STATA, MATLAB, and MS Office.
