He achieved this through: Operations: Financial control & business reporting, improved purchasing, implemented software – Data Management, CRM, HR, Accounting, Stock Management. Created a Company Management System, gained accreditations- ISO 9001, National Caravan Certification (NCC) Approval, Ford Convertor Approved Status and IVA approval. Implemented hardware- CNC, edge banders, iPads for QA and Stock Management. Strategy: Developed and implemented effective Marketing, Business Development and Sales Management Strategies. People: Created a ‘One Team’ culture. Created a staff led training programme and included them in the next hires. Improvement: Empowered individuals to find incremental improvements in the systems and the design of the product.
