• Optimized the overall financial performance of the company by using strategic treasury and cash management solutions (e.g., currency hedging, transfer pricing).
• Drove the improvement of gross profit by EUR 11,4 million - made warranty changes, set new pricing options, closed unhealthy operations, and established a new discount spending approval process.
• Managed two tax audits without any material finding and successfully closed one internal audit.
• Supported more in-depth data analytics by rebuilding the regional finance ERP items in a 36-level matrix.
• Developed in-house risk management and a credit collection system from scratch due to the unexpected termination of FCA’s stock financing partnership.
• Against all the odds, collected EUR 1,3 million bad debts arising from pre-2013.
