• Design, set up and implement all communications strategies & actions (including budgeting) covering Corporate Communications (media relations, advertising, social media, regulatory relations and CSR activities), Marketing Communications (product marketing collateral and corporate merchandising) as well as Digital Marketing (set up all the customer journeys);
• Create and present communications reports on weekly basis dedicated for BOD members;
• Media Relations activities: cultivate close relationships with top and second tier media/journalists to boost positive publications (news articles, CEO profiles, write ups) towards the Company;
• Advertising activities: establish sounded campaign in printed and digital media;
• Social Media activities: establish sounded campaign thru Facebook, Twitter and YouTube accounts to boost brand awareness as well as support product selling campaign;
• Digital Marketing Activities: establish and implement the completed customer journey from attracting, joining, and entertaining up to confirming policy ownership.
• CSR activities: design, set up and implement CSR activities that have societal impact (giving social contribution to less-fortunate communities) as well as economic impact (opening good business opportunities);
• Marketing Communications activities: create and produce product marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.) to support distribution channels (Agency, Bancassurance, Corporate Marketing and DM-TM) as well as managing corporate merchandising and promotional items;
• Regulatory Relations activities: establish and nurture good relationship with OJK and AAJI for all type of communications, esp. financial literacy subject.
• Division’s strategy, planning, and budgeting on yearly basis. Achievement:
