• Configure all Taleo system changes and updates including career sections, user-defined fields, message templates, recruiting forms, and application flow
• Work closely with the Compliance teams to insure that the US recruiters adhere to the OFCCP Compliance requirements
• Maintain a consistent sense of urgency and hold stakeholders accountable to keep the process moving efficiently and at the same time meeting compliance requirements
• Presented and developed a training plan for onsite hands-on training in our Europe and Asia markets. After doing this, I was provided the opportunity to travel to both regions and performed two days each of intensive hands on training. This resulted in a dramatic decrease in our corrections and conversely a much higher level of understanding of the importance of data accuracy and how to achieve that in our HR community
• Designed and configured a process solution in Taleo to address the EU privacy needs to meet the GDPR law requirements
• Serve as the Performance Management Subject Matter Expert on projects and in managing and resolving daily issues and inquiries regarding PeopleSoft 8.9 ePerformance Management system. • Utilize knowledge of HR systems, such as PeopleSoft, ADP Enterprise, and Taleo Enterprise, to assist in evaluating the feasibility of new development and proposed application requests. Ensure all changes meet the company’s goals and still maintain the integrity of the systems
• Support test planning and execution for medium to large scope tasks and coordinate aspects of the testing processes
• Identify areas for business process improvements as well as the technological options for Edelman to streamline any procedures
• Query and report writing and development in Taleo OBI, PeopleSoft and SQL server
