- Analyze current state operations to propose workflows and tools that drive improvements, also proactively track risks/issues with development, ensure business requirements are met
- Lead 20+ website team of SEO Specialists, SEO Writers, SEO Editors and Designers. Plan and schedule team activities in organic traffic generator, including keyword strategy, on-page SEO, back-links, etc, to improve the visibility and SERP of the website. Resulting in 48% improvement in pageviews (year on year) and 58% improvement in avg time spent per user (year on year)
- Optimize transactional-related pages and keywords to enhance web-generated sales. In pararel also, propose and lead initiatives on convertion funneling focus, colaborate with product manager and tech team. Significantly increase our monthly active user by 58% (year on year), increase our learning active user by 98% (year on year) and the website sales volume exceeds the app sales volume in july, overall website sales volume increase 57% (year on year)
- Conduct lead generation initiative from website that can acquire average 2500 hot leads/ week with very low cost per acquisition
- Responsible for New Primagama website revamp project, including project planning, UAT, performance tracking, website strategy, and collaborating with IT team and vendor
