In this role, I hired and trained my team; used an online timecard system for scheduling and weekly payroll reporting; tracked product transfers between locations; calculated and reported daily sales and labor for my store; counted and controlled my product inventory to reach food cost goals; and reviewed weekly operations reports to analyze profit, loss, and direct costs. I was expected to, and met, deadlines for presentations and meetings with brand representatives in order to verify Starbucks standards for licensed stores, and facilitated and preserved relationships between Aramark and Starbucks. In addition, during my time at this location, I mentored and developed two Student Managers through the Aramark Student Management program.
