➣ Led multiple company-wide projects to help streamline processes, improve the supply chain, and increase overall employee productivity with the support and guidance of the executive leadership. ➣ Served as a change management agent in leading the company’s transition to an RPO recruiting model for the entire North American manufacturing division. ➣ Established new talent management processes to ensure a robust talent pipeline providing high-quality recruits, associate development, retention strategies, and leadership succession planning. ➣ Assisted plant leadership with conflict resolution, reorganizations, job re-designs, and problem-solving.
