Within the specific functions of the position are; brand development and refresh, web page design, mass mailing, CRM administration and reporting, digital strategy, among others. All of the above, with the aim of positioning the value proposition and positively impacting customers operations. The latter being the purpose of ECRGROUP®.

Also, I have allowed myself to deploy my knowledge in various disciplines and domains, always seeking comprehensiveness and strategic vision from my position in the company. This has resulted in the identification of value proposals, target markets and other essential elements in the definition and product development; setting marketing plans from an holistic perspective; supporting, designing and coordinating Go-to Market strategies for our business units. I am the leader of a group of three Account Managers for the priority accounts of the firm, as well as the CRM and Reporting team.
Our main achievements as a team have been; increase the use of CRM by 35% in the last year and a half through training and the generation of reportability designed specifically for the control and management of the business pipeline. Also, we have been able to give visibility and generate new loyalty strategies for our priority clients and, finally, the monitoring and articulation of go to market strategies for certain specific accounts and functions. In addition, I led the implementation of a task and time management control project for the professionals in our Marketing and Sales Support Area.
