During the last 2 years, amid double-digit growth, with strong cross-functional cooperation, we have managed to outstandingly improve our forecasting accuracy, which was essential to the rationalizaton of the inventory level, much below the previous years` average, while reducing the number of shortages at the same time. While we keep on focusing on these basic key performance indicators every day, comprehensive projects are also being launched to further improve our customer service level. We have come a long way, and still there is lot of room for improvement, but today we are in a much better position to support the subsidiary`s ambitious plans.

During my tenure, we concluded 2 major projects: Around 2010 the company embarked on a comprehensive brand renewal journey, in order to be more coherent with the company`s core values and it`s mission. The aim of my first project at Ceva was to coordinate this brand renewal process of the toll-manufactured products in the Central and Eastern European Zone. Within 2 years, we have successfully completed the transition with minimal write-off costs. In order to better support the dynamic growth, Ceva initiated an organizational change program, that focused on the improvement of the Supply Chains processes. The first project of this program was a software implementation, within which we gradually introduced this new system to the subsidiaries.
