Activities:
• Implementation of the purchasing portal and digitization of processes
• Creation of performance indicators, monitoring and monthly reporting
• Creation of supply contracts with SLA clauses that adhere to quality and ESG practices
• Negotiating indirect fronts (HR, Sales, Facilities, Construction, Marketing and IT), freight, storage and energy, MRO and CAPEX
• Responsible for running strategic tenders and RFx
Results:
• Reduction in overall freight costs of more than 4% in a scenario of rising fuel prices - a bill of R$36,000,000/year
• Decrease in the team's tactical work with digitalization, resulting in a 25% reduction in head count
• Reduction in the time it takes to deal with purchases by 50% (down to 3 days - purchase request process)
• Reduction in contract signing time to 2 days
• 6% reduction in energy costs - saving R$30,000/month
