I soon got promotion to Passenger Duty Officer again for Britannia airways through the sub contracted route via Servisair. This role saw me working on the ground at Gatwick trouble shooting passenger and airline problem if they arose. I personally on many occassions had to arrange and organise accommodation, transport and passenger and crew support for many delayed flights. In 2000 I was promoted within Servisair to Passenger Handling Supervisor where I was in charge of over 40 staff members In 2001 I became a Planning and Scheduling officer and having to liaise and plan over 800+ flights a week for all ground staff and crew. Through my experience with contracts and billing I was asked to join a small team of out station employes to develove a new billing and contracting system to be used in all Servisair stations. This system was then taken up by other handling providers across the world.
