- Conduct and schedule the interview process for each candidate.
- Manage the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision.
- Manage potential Visa and Green Card cases for the firm while coordinating with external lawyers.
-Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counseling employees and supervisors.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Manage the internal structure of administration alongside the Managing Director.
- Provide quarterly analysis on firm resourcing, while finding ways to reduce inefficiencies. - Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration.
- Improve manager and employee performance.
- Coordinate the delivery of HR Documents (401k, annual forms, reviews, salary increases).
- Ensure updated employee manual and lead communications for new policies and announcements.
- Serve as the firm’s PEO/EOR coordinator.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Conduct quarterly analysis and high level summaries of staff performance and attrition.
- Manage/kick-off high level administrative projects/initiatives.
- Maintain and manage office retention.
- Create and manage firm initiatives to promote the growth of office culture.
- Organize and lead firm check ins and reviews.
