• Lead the development and implementation of Corporate & Business Strategy, Strategy map, Strategy communication, Business Model Innovation, Operations Model innovation, Corporate Planning Cycle and Governance, and Enterprise Quality Management
• Lead the development and implementation of the budgeting process
• Lead the implementation of the Corporate Turnaround Strategy
• Lead Continuous Improvement and ensure operational excellence
• Report corporate performance to various stakeholders
• Play oversight for the development and implementation of corporate policies, business strategies and the implementation of ICT Standards and Frameworks
• Lead and oversee the management and reporting of total business case and capital investment process and capital budget and prioritisation
• Analyse and advise on new business models and market opportunities
• Advise stakeholders of the changes in the relevant legislation/regulations to ensure the efficient management and control of resources requirements
• Ensure compliance in accordance to Public Finance Management Act
• Facilitation and alignment of individual Business unit strategic processes and consolidation
• Lead research in ICT and general advisory to Board, CEO, Executives at SITA and Top Management in the Public Service
• Representing SITA at the Government IT Officers Council
• Representing SITA at Parliament and at the Governance and Administration Cluster
• Develop reports, presentations and memos for Cabinet, Ministry, Parliament and the Various Government Clusters Achievements • Established the unit from non-existing to a well functioning, efficient and effective unit
• Formalised the strategic planning process at SITA through the introduction of the planning cycle
• Trusted advisor to board and management
