o Analyzed data vendors’ files, map to warehouse data elements – Anthem, Express Scripts, Benelogic, Artemis, etc.
o Create SSIS projects to automate the files processing including load, transform, o Populate production o Create aggregates based on the data for medical and pharmacy Rx claims and eligibility
o Utilize Johns Hopkins ACG system to populate output tables of predictive healthcare costs
o Combine data from multiple sources and aggregates to populate reporting tables
Automate file downloads and processing into SQL Server 2014 (& 2017 later) using SSIS
Set up new clients’ databases and Johns Hopkins’ ACG (Associated Clinical Groups) processes. Create database objects – tables, views, procedures, functions, data types etc.
Create the data model for the warehouse as per clients’ specific reporting requirements. The model to be used for medical and pharmacy claims data and member eligibility. The data / aggregates to be used for healthcare predictive model analytics by company’s data scientist that design the clients’ dashboards in Tableau.
Provide support to data analysts with complex aggregations, query writing for dashboards
Backup / Restore databases
Created a database to extract a complete set of data from a client’s database and Anonymize (de-identify) and set up a demo database for the marketing team to demonstrate to potential clients. Created functions to anonymize Personal Identifiers using publicly available data. Admin tasks with PowerShell scripts ex-backup Tableau server and put on SFTP server daily basis and similar tasks
Enhance the design of the data warehouse to accommodate the changes in a large new client’s requirements
Train new employees on our system and processes, database environment. Create documentation for ETL processes for various clients for use by any new employees and / or for reference purposes...
