After nearly a decade of sales (both individually and as a leader) in corporate America, I am ready to share my Fortune 500 training and personal experience with businesses looking to take their sales team to the next level. My background is in HCM sales with the world leader in the industry. I worked in a few traditional and specialty roles and after being a top performing individual contributor, I moved into a leadership role where I managed a team of ICs. I attained multiple President's Club, led my team to President's Club, and was responsible for creating multiple round tables, training programs, and collateral that was pivotal for our sales team. I believe in teaching sales people how to NOT be product pushers, but instead problem solvers. Strategy in sales is key, and also a lot of fun once executed properly. I specialize in 1:1 coaching, pipeline generation/multi touch campaigns, proposal and sales process strategy, leader coaching, negotiations, etc. I love active learning and helping others find their "lightbulb" moments.
