Entering the Public Prosecutor's Office through a rigorous selection process, I swiftly adapted to the demands of the role. Responsible for overseeing the proceedings of over 1000 cases from day one, I honed my organizational skills, excelling in working under pressure and independently. My tenure provided invaluable experience in the legal sector, sharpening my abilities in document analysis, evidence assessment, and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, showcasing excellent written communication skills.
My proactive approach and meticulous time management ensured timely completion of petitions and appeals, with my written work often cited in judicial decisions and jurisprudence. Additionally, I remained vigilant for regulatory and legislative updates, ensuring our strategies remained aligned with the evolving legal landscape. As Head of the Family Prosecutor's Office in Porto Alegre, I led a team of 38 civil servants, demonstrating proficiency in team management and leadership.
My departure from the Prosecution Office stirred compliments from parties and lawyers, reflecting on how they would miss my collaborative approach, attention to detail, commitment to the law and ethics, and conflict resolution skillsโa testament to the impact I made during my tenure.
