I am passionate about agility, I am a professional with more than 10 years experience in traditional and agile project management, I have managed process management and implementation of digital transformation. As a consultant I have advised several organizations in their transformation and innovation, change management and process optimization. I have a master's degree in project management and a master's degree in business administration. I have managed different projects in public and private management, I have accompanied technology companies, food production, export of food products, financial companies, retail companies and insurance companies, I have also participated as Director and Leader of digital disruption projects, projects related to the modernization of banking applications, transformation, lean and continuous improvement. As an agent of change, I consider that creating Agile Companies or directing an organization towards agility goes beyond implementing a methodology or a framework, it requires a deep and structural metamorphosis that is reflected not only in the DNA of the organizations, but also, in the result towards the client and the market. I am certified as an Agile Coach, OKR Professional, Scrum Master (CSM), Product Owner (CPO) PM4r Certified Agile Management of Social Impact Projects, Business Agility, Team Agiliy, Process Agility, Personal Agility and Yellow Belt
