I also created student assessments in order to measure and evaluate the level of understanding and engagement fostered throughout the course. This was an amazing growth opportunity for me as I was able to refresh and expand knowledge. There were extensive benefits in operationalizing complex theories for a bright young audience.

Sep. 2009 - Mar. 2013Savannah, GeorgiaAttended basic training in Fort Knox, Kentucky followed by Advanced Individual Training in Fort Eustis, Virginia. Applied and was accepted to assess for the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The assessment, called Green Platoon, consisted of one week each of Combat Lifesaver first aid, Navigation, Army Combatives, and advanced marksmanship. During the assessment teamwork, organization, time management, and stress management were consistently present while managing the mental and physical tasks required each day. Upon successful completion I was stationed at Hunter Army Airfield, Savannah Georgia.
