I've provided comprehensive troubleshooting and end-user support across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments, including remote troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues. My hands-on experience with computer hardware and software, storage, network administration, installation, and troubleshooting is complemented by my expertise in administering and configuring Office 365 & G Suite, Okta, MDM Jumpcloud/inTunes, AWS, GCP, Azure, SSO integrations, GitHub, and Slack. I have formed and enforced IT Security Policies, ensured the assimilation of service procedures and tools, managed and prioritized service tasks, and supported over 200 employees in three branches globally. I have also managed and planned projects on information technology systems and security and mitigated all site vulnerabilities working alongside the CISO.
