Apr. 2018Manage all Clinical and Administrative staff and operations, (14 staff plus Locum GPs) over two medical centers holding a Rural Primary Contract, a Rural ACC contract and a St John, PRIME and after-hours emergency care responder service
Implement strategic goals, overseeing day-to-day operations, and managing finances including budget setting and adherence.
Provide performance evaluation and feedback to encourage continue improvement.
Maintain and perform initiative, integrity, and professionalism both at work and with-in the community and, of course – any other duties as required.
