Dealing with and managing all the stakeholders, from our locally elected government officials to our neighbors. Creating new sources of revenue and maintaining and creating new relationships with sponsors and procurers. The hardest part is making sure that these young men and woman are having fun with what they're doing in their own free time. Instituting back an atmosphere of pride and joy while dealing with a near bankruptcy of our entire organization. We were able to stabilize the situation and we’re going back to a more financially stable situation.
