Aug. 2016 - Sep. 2017Greater Chicago AreaDIGITAL SERVICES & INNOVATION TEAM My role at BMW Group is to analyze, research and ideate intelligent solutions for BMW and MINI car brand applications and all related services. Working closely with marketing and product departments to improve the overall user experience of the premium brands with over a 100-year legacy. The highlight of my role is introducing new design processes, as well as creating new templates for all UX design work to promote a higher standard of delivery across the board for both German, US and Chinese offices. I conduct various workshops that often involve not just design, but also marketing and leadership teams. This enables collaboration and ideation of new solutions for our premium range of cars and services. My role involves, but is not limited to creating low-fi/hi-fi prototypes, research& design as well as stakeholder presentations. Over the course of a year, my overall efforts of the agile UX processes directly contributed to new Chicago office being globally showcased as success agile model for BMW Group. The success culminated in Chicago hosting over 50 journalists for BMW Innovation week that is traditionally hosted in Germany.
