I tried to strongly contribute mainly to the evolution of an E2E testing strategy on the Cypress frontend testing tool. In both projects, user experience evaluation processes were carried out, as well as hypotheses validation strategies to ensure the assertiveness of deliveries. We worked with usability tests, heuristics, ethnographic research, interviews, techniques such as card sorting, various types of prototyping, in addition to the use of tools for collecting insights, such as Hotjar and Analytics. I also had the opportunity to act as a design leader for my tribe during most of my time as a designer at the company.
