Additionally, I played a crucial role in producing and directing training videos for YouTube. These videos served as valuable resources, showcasing our expertise and training methodologies. I also managed the creation of graphics, images, and photography, ensuring a visually appealing and professional representation of our organization. As the Logistics Specialist, I took charge of managing the organization's equipment and daily training program for students. This involved ensuring that all necessary equipment was in optimal condition and readily available for training sessions. I also designed and implemented a comprehensive training program tailored to the specific needs and objectives of our clients, ensuring a structured and effective learning experience. Furthermore, I acted as a liaison for English-speaking clients, including Military, Law Enforcement, Civilian personnel, tourists, and news reporters. By effectively communicating with clients, I upheld the company's image and reputation. I addressed their requirements, resolved concerns, and provided exceptional customer service, fostering trust and loyalty among our client base.
