Timothy Gill is a seasoned Senior Executive and Intelligence-Security Advisor with more than 30 years of success across the crisis and consequence management communities in the public and private sector. Tim is the founding member of Specter Security Group, LLC - specializing in protective intelligence, and executive protection services for C-Suite clientele. As an active member of the Association of Former Intelligence Officers (AFIO) and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Mr. Gill advises industry executives on proactive measures to mitigate risk and prevent loss on critical business equities. Tim is also founding member of Ghost Orchid Coalition – a Non-Profit Organization designed to counter human traffickers through innovative intelligence methods for law enforcement. Throughout his U.S. Government career, Timothy held leadership positions at the U.S. EPA, CIA, and FBI including 12 years managing joint FBI-CIA operations against transnational terrorism and organized crime. During his joint duty career at CIA, he spent many years overseas in Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan, Asia and Europe recruiting and debriefing clandestine informants. Tim is a recipient of two CIA awards for his dedicated leadership in the takedown of two international terrorism leaders sought by the U.S. Government. During his FBI tenure, he served as an expert witness for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington D.C. and Philadelphia in the prosecution of Al-Qaeda WMD Operative Ali Saleh Al-Marri tasked with executing a second wave of attacks months after 9/11 and an U.S. based Iranian sleeper agent Mohommed Vaghari tasked with supporting Iran’s biological weapons program at the Pasteur Institute. Tim also worked for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), serving on the White House Core Group on WMD Terrorism, and managing remedial oversight operations at abandoned hazardous waste sites.
