In this role, I served as an interdepartmental resource on using social media for political involvement, CSR, crisis communications and reputation management. I managed all our training programs related to social media and communication as well as more than 30 webinars per year. As a non-profit leader, I built and maintained a strong network of professionals in the public affairs community and helped develop strategies to advance the organization as a whole.
