– Developing project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time and on-budget project completion.
– Maintaining project documentation, including creative briefs and project schedules.
– Managing a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and specialists.
– Assigning tasks, setting priorities, and providing clear instructions to team members – Monitoring project progress, tracking key milestones, and ensuring deadline adherence.
– Collaborating closely with stakeholders from different departments to understand their creative needs and objectives.
– Acting as a liaison between the creative team and other departments to ensure alignment and clear communication.
– Utilising project management tools and software to assign tasks and tickets to the creative team (Workamajig, Jira, Teams)
– Prioritising and scheduling work based on project deadlines and resource availability.
– Monitoring project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
– Identifying and managing external vendors, including video production companies, web development companies, printing companies and other suppliers
– Negotiating contracts, establishing project scopes, and ensuring vendor deliverables met quality and timeline expectations.
– Ensuring all creative work meets the highest quality standards and aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
– Identifying potential project risks and developing contingency plans for mitigation.
– Addressing issues and challenges as they arise, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
– Analysing project performance and providing insights and recommendations for process optimisation in creative project management.
