(targets met in year 1 and exceeded in year 2) •Presentations and / or negotiation at strategic customer interactions, events and bids. •Determine and enforce delivery SLAs with internal and external providers with reference to link installation time lines, feasibility / site surveys, site readiness requirements etc •Performance monitoring and executive reporting with reference to product quality and customer experience. •Program management of end to end commercial access product processes including pre-sales assessments, non standardised requests, order processing, link deployment, migrations, outdoor transfers and cancellations. •QoS requirements in terms of traffic management on layer 2 products and support of layer 3 products (honoring of CIR end to end). •Training (for solutions architects and sales teams), marketing communications, maintenance of portal based product information and product launches
