Designed, documented, implemented, and managed college hire / intern programs — mentored 80+ employees over three years. Published 200+ journal articles, dozens of award-winning write-ups, 3,000+ executive communications, and 20 magazine-style booklets to promote Verizon internally / externally. Managed a cross-functional team to streamline the Verizon requisition processes, standardizing them onto a single platform across the company. I won a Verizon Excellence award for managing the IT design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support. The project spanned three business units, every functional organization, and saved the company hundreds of millions over five years. I reduced software defects by > 90%, improved inter-departmental communications / relationships, and documented workflow / essential processes. Then did it again for supply chain systems and the launch of Verizon’s Fios voice portal.
