Managed a cross-functional team to streamline the Verizon requisition processes, standardizing them onto a single platform across the company. I won a Verizon Excellence award for managing the IT design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support. The project spanned three business units, every functional organization, and saved the company hundreds of millions over five years.
