As an independent advisor with work experience in restaurants and primary schools, organizing the meal plan, responsible for the procedures to guarantee the food safety such as allergens and special meal plans. Create products and dishes that are nutritionally viable and tasty. Create and maintain food safety procedures and train the team. Supervise staff in the operation of lunch and supper. Supervise and oversees all areas of food preparation and service. Maintain accurate records and reports as required. Plan, create, design and print weekly menus. Instructing personnel in health, safety, sanitary practices, serving procedures and the use of equipment. Instructing and directing staff on customer relations and proper food presentation. Reviewing foodservice operations to ensure compliance with program regulations. Reviewing and auditing the ordering of food and non- food items and inventory control. Recommending staff and equipment purchases. Tracking sales and meal counts. Instructing staff on use of new products and service of enhanced meals. Coordinating equipment repairs and replacements.
