I developed graphs, charts and management statistics to express information for oral and written presentations for the program director, pediatric division chief, and faculty of our department. I was responsible for scheduling, monitoring and adjusting pediatric medical resident’s yearly rotations, vacations and call schedules with our database driven automated scheduler system. I counseled residents regarding their required rotations and the policies associated with each. I also assisted in resolving scheduling conflicts. I served as the department’s web content manager in charge of revising, updating, and managing content on the department’s web page and also the Pediatrics Sharepoint website.
