This included acting as a trusted advisor to the Regional President, Regional Leadership team, six Market Area Presidents, and 14 General Managers. I was awarded the 2023 "Improvement Through Collaboration" award for quickly making an impact due to my strong customer service and results orientation. - Merger and Acquisition due diligence and onboarding. Completed the integration of six new partner businesses across the Atlantic region. - Building relationships and quickly becoming a trusted advisor to Partner Business leadership and office administration teams to ensure exceptional service delivery across all Employee Services activities. - Driving process adoption, improvement, and standardization of policies and practices across the Atlantic region. -Providing coaching to regional leadership on employee relations, proactive performance management, and performance improvement processes.
- Oversaw the annual benefit enrollment process and improved awareness of the benefit offering with the introduction of weekly new hire onboarding presentations. - Improved communication & employee recognition with the launch of a monthly newsletter.
- Managed the annual employee pulse survey process, including follow-up reporting, and identification of action items focused on improving the eNPS.
- Championed adoption of the new talent acquisition platform, ICIMS, across the region, driving greater rigor around the talent acquisition offer and onboarding process. -Worked with many cross functional teams to deliver all of the above in a de-centralized, matrix environment.
