• Conceptualised, led a business case and implemented a new team of 7 FTE to bring the outsourced management of 400 influencers, across 54 marketing, in house. Further defined a management structure and culture to support a diverse range of languages and cultures across several time zones
• Set up a new eCommerce division to manage and support food service aggregator accounts (FSA) with 30 appointed and approved partners across Africa. Spearheaded initiatives to increase trial adoption and promotions
• Unified processes leading to a decrease in spend wastage by 32%
• Led the operating unit to be the 2nd best performing unit globally
