Aug. 2007 - Oct. 2016Prishtine- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Perform preventive maintenance on peripherals equipment. Evaluate hardware, software and user program abnormalities.
- Network and hardware design and maintenance as well as implement network and hardware projects, including server hardware, email and security systems, business applications, operating systems and other applications.
- Perform simple troubleshooting and complete forms, logs and problem reports. Install and test hardware, software and network configurations for PC and/or Servers. - Database backup and recovery.
- Install, modify and repair hardware components such as memory, disk, motherboard for PCโs and servers.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone and remote computer assistance.
- Install, configure, administer and maintain LAN hardware and system software.
- Provide IP Phone Services, maintain, and repair Telecommunication devices.
- Security awareness training for computer users.
- Maintain and update organization's website.
- Assist Marketing department for print design and advertising.
