• Consistently working and meeting with an ISBE intra-agency team and to build statewide content consistency and assume responsibility for providing guidance and direction to the project and the Statewide System of Support (SSoS) for low performing districts. Illinois 5 Essentials school climate survey: Trainer of Trainers received followed by supervised presentation for fidelity. Re-presented over multiple times as well as serving as local support to Regional superintendents, District superintendents, Principals, and tech administrators.
