• Lead, develop and train a national team of more than 90 CPF, 16 managers and 2 directors.
• Unify efforts with Marketing to establish the demand generation route by channel for each center and monitor performance to ensure results.
• Develop and consolidate multifunctional teams (84 people) to ensure the achievement of objectives.
• Improve the conversions of the sales channel of lead scheduled visits from 6% to 14%, as well as of scheduled visits at closing from 152 to 181.
• We managed to improve the visit lead by 15% from January to June, as well as a 17% improvement in closing.
