• Co-authored 10+ advocacy position statements and case studies in collaboration with nonprofit organizations, mission-driven commercial partners, human-rights advocacy groups, consumer watchdog groups, unions, and producer organizations to address EU and country-level public policies, resulting in increased media, industry partnerships, and donor engagement.
• Trained global teams on crisis communications, coordinating with human rights, child safety and workers' rights subject matter experts. Served as lead spokesperson and media relations contact for crisis events.
• Managed 13 team members and provided strategic guidance to global, collaborative workgroups, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand strategy.
