I develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients within the business and encourage inclusion in resource planning for their business. Adherence to agreed recruitment delivery strategies, including vacancy management, detailed qualification of all roles, advertising, sourcing, candidate interviews, submission, offer and new starter process. Manage a candidate care strategy during the recruitment process to include: Identifying sources for candidate attraction such as job boards, job events, database utilisation, talent pooling, social media, headhunting and networking. Ensuring all advertising complies with current legislation and is managed appropriately both internally and externally. Providing information and advice to the client regarding local and national market trends. Perform and meet objectives and targets. Working in partnership with the Resourcing Business Partners to offer leads into current & prospective business areas Ensure 100% compliancy with the use of PeopleFluent ATS / Database to support the recruitment process Complete all regulatory documents to support the placement of a candidate in line with Capita Internal Resourcing.
