· Alignment of development strategy and best engineering practices through collaboration with system architects, evangelists and other team managers.
· Defining performance indicators, goals and metrics for employees in the teams.
· Aligning processes in the teams with the company's agile processes.
· Defining the development plans of employees in the team/teams, monitoring their work success, training needs, providing feedback on work, monitoring the absence of employees (approval of annual vacations, monitoring of sick leave, paid and unpaid leave and other leaves in accordance with the Law)
· Holding regular 1-on-1 meetings during which he provides employees with feedback on work, checks their progress in the set development or business goals.
· Monitoring the needs for new employees and, if necessary, starting the employment process.
· Interviewing, hiring and introducing of new employees in business activities and expectations.
· Regular monitoring of employee satisfaction and undertaking the necessary activities to maintain it at the desired level.
