I started my career as a Wireline Field Technician with Schlumberger, where I developed a solid foundation in exploration & production tools and workflows, with a strong emphasis on Safety, Quality, and Efficiency — a principle I carry through every operation to deliver reliable results and client satisfaction. Key Milestones: Pioneered the start-up of MB Century’s wireline operations in Indonesia (2006), growing the business from zero to a strong market presence. Led Tiger Energy Services' growth (from 2009) in multiple leadership roles including Operations Manager, Technical Manager, and Service Quality Manager — overseeing wireline, slickline, and capillary teams. Project delivery expertise in: tool design and manufacturing (e.g., capillary tubing, downhole tools), custom-built logging trucks, acoustic formation imaging tools, and geothermal well testing. Introduced and successfully deployed the Acoustic Formation Imaging Tool for the first time in Indonesia’s geothermal sector. Proven capabilities in tool maintenance, troubleshooting (Downhole Logging Tools and its interface systems) and asset readiness. Well-versed in tender management (technical & commercial) for Indonesian geothermal clients, including import/export processes, procurement, and logistics.
