Ensure that course content and materials align with learning outcomes. - Teacher Supervision & Support: Oversee teaching staff, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices. Conduct regular classroom observations to monitor teaching quality. Offer feedback to teachers and support their professional growth. - Student Progress & Support: Monitor student performance and progress through assessments and feedback. Collaborate with teachers to address student learning issues and provide intervention when necessary. - Assessment & Evaluation: Develop and manage assessment procedures, including exams, quizzes, and assignments. - Professional Development: Organize and facilitate teacher training sessions and workshops. Promote continuous learning by recommending relevant certifications and courses for teachers. - Resource Management: Ensure availability and effective use of teaching resources, such as coursebooks and online platforms. - Communication & Coordination: Facilitate regular meetings with teachers to discuss curriculum updates, student progress, and academic issues. - Quality Assurance: Ensure the institution maintains high teaching standards through regular reviews and audits. - Innovation in Teaching: Explore and implement innovative teaching strategies and EdTech tools. Encourage teachers to adopt new methodologies, such as blended learning and task-based teaching. - Coordinating scholarship programs supported by the U.S. Embassy - Regional English Language Office (RELO). - Helped develop General English Curricula and Online General English Curricula (aged 16 and over) in collaboration with The Board of Education (Talim ve Terbiye Kurulu Başkanlığı), Ministry of Education General Directorate of Private Education Institutions (Özel Öğretim Kurumları Genel Müdürlüğü).
