*Managing the business and all partnerships at the operations and success side (this includes leading a virtual team of delivery, engineering, and business resources who manage all types of service delivery (e.g., professional, technical, managed) across all enterprise accounts. Enterprise side: Acquired Top 1% of Sales & MVP. *Build a strong alignment with Sales Leadership, focusing on new business opportunities, understanding and mapping sales pipeline to services revenue forecast. This also includes expanding relationships and upsells within the Enterprise sector. *Help our enterprise customers digitally transform their business process and help our enterprise customers adopt differentiated GTM strategies with Chargebee to win new market share; Core Responsibilities :
*Mapping out the client organization and building relationships with multiple contacts, with a strong focus on C-Level decision-makers within the organization. *Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams nationwide to drive revenue growth with existing customers. This includes account management, operations, call center, engineering teams, and partner companies.
*Acting as the quarterback through implementations and taking full accountability for the account post-implementation while focusing on building, deepening, and growing the most strategic customers. Interface and collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering, Product, Sales, and upper management to ensure our product evolves with market needs. Help Enablement implement multiple new strategies to help cut the close-to-win ration in-half.
