I led a team of 3 SDRs and 2 Sales Executives, applying methodologies such as Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segmentation, and strategic multichannel prospecting cadences. Additionally, I established and monitored KPIs and OKRs, ensuring continuous performance analysis and data-driven decision-making.
These initiatives drove a 400% revenue growth in the second half of 2023, with over 240 sales meetings conducted and a reduction in the sales cycle from 140 to 90 days, consolidating predictability and scalability in the customer acquisition process.
