Siemens Medical is a leading manufacturer of healthcare, medical equipment and related software for hospitals, clinics and various healthcare facilities worldwide. The multiple engagements included an upgrade from Siebel 7.5 to 7.8 and later focused on enhancements and additional customization to Siebel 7.8. • Worked with key Siebel entities including Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, Orders, Pricing, Leads, Terms and Conditions, Assignment Manager and SCON (Siebel Configurator)
• Worked closely with SME’s from the US and Germany for requirement definition and use.
• Participated in bi-weekly work sessions with both domestic and international SME’s where key decisions were made on a goal by goal basis.
• Created Use Cases and Functional Specification Documents • Daily status reporting to all team members and upper management via daily scrum
• Lead the creation and execution of Test Scripts for Integrated, Regression and later to be used in User Acceptance Testing.
• Involved in “End of Sprint” review meetings where all of the SME’s and the rest of the team were invited for a demo of the software that was built, internally tested and marked as “complete” at the end of each Sprint.
• Used Quality Center to perform UAT Testing. Directed team to perform UAT Testing. Coordinated the testing between multiple regions. Provided status reports to work on fixing defects more efficiently.
• Responsible for full-scale system testing by performing various types of testing including Unit Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
