Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer performing following duties and responsibilities: Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Oversees recruitment and selection process - interviewing, reference checks, and pre-employment testing
Responsible for induction of new joiners
Ensures compliance to UAE labour laws, QFC regulations, and to other regional regulatory laws
Manages HRIS, payroll, and personnel data
Provides guidance to Line Managers on recruitment, employee grievances, disciplinary actions, etc.
Prepares HR budgets and other operational expenses
Leads the performance management process and identify training requirements
Timely execution of off-boarding - EOSB calculation, coordination with relevant departments, exit interviews, etc. Office Management
Oversees all travel arrangements - visa applications, hotels, and flight bookings
Arranges relocation for overseas hire
Performs PRO function in relation to employment visas, visa transfers, and visa cancellations
Responsible for renewal of company licenses, lease contracts, establishment cards, etc.
Facilitates internal communications - e.g. holiday announcements, policy reminders, etc.
Liaison with building management and ensures proper execution of all services including office fit-out, facilities management, etc.
Negotiates related contracts and manage vendor relationships - insurance providers, office supplies, etc.
