Planning, implementing, developing, and monitoring the company's marketing actions. Focal point for the entire company and entities related to Trade Marketing and Local Store Marketing (LSM), Innovation, and IT projects with payment methods. Working directly with the Operations, Technology, and Controllership departments.
• Responsible for Digital Sales Channels, mainly Delivery Sales Channel - with analysis, implementation, and training plus recycling of teams, including Todo Cartões (gift cards), AME (digital wallet), iFood, Rappi, UberEATS, Pedidos Já, Hello Food, etc.; delivery channel representing 15% of the company's net revenue, during pandemic times (lockdown periods), reaching over 50%.
• Operationalization, analysis (BES calculation, Break-Even Sales, etc.) and Global Campaign discussions with the Brand Owner (Yum Brands!) and Master Franchisor (at the time) in Brazil and Marketing Agency for CT recovery (Commercial Transactions) in the country and São Paulo markets, with a recovery of 25 percentage points.
• Managed the loyalty program “Cartão Clube Pizza Hut” and rebuilt it in its more-digital version, “Cliente Vermelho Pizza Hut,” with representation that reached 2% of the company's net revenue.
• Prospecting, developing, and strengthening partnerships aimed at new sales, maintaining a relationship with related suppliers and service providers, and managing key partnerships – agreements amounting to over BRL 100 MM raised and/or in sales.
• Operation of seven branches with sales above BRL 15 MM/year.
